In a rapidly-changing and unpredictable world, upskilling and developing your staff is essential. Giving your people opportunities to grow boosts employee engagement, productivity and staff retention. It also signals to others your status as an employer of choice.
With Â鶹AV accreditation, you can give your employees a recognised, mentor-supported route to achieving one of our professional awards that's aligned to your training and development goals.
We’ve found that having an accredited scheme in place gives our more experienced chemists a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the development others. Not only is this hugely rewarding, but it also rekindles that excitement and interest around the more technical side of the job.
What support is available?
When you sign up to the accreditation scheme, we'll work with you to achieve your training goals by:
- supporting you throughout the process, from drafting the application to reaccreditation
- helping you raise your profile, once accredited, through events, talks, and membership workshops
- providing mentor training
- providing ongoing support and advice to help your people succeed in achieving their awards
- inviting you to the annual conference of our accredited employers where you can share and exchange best practice
When it came to setting up the scheme, the Â鶹AV were very positive and held our hand every step of the way during the application process so that we knew exactly what was required of us.
