Material characterization in the Nanoscale
5th December, The Library, Â鶹AV, Burlington House, London
The Â鶹AV Particle Characterisation Interest Group is holding a one day meeting on the varying techniques used to characterise material in the nanoparticle region (which is increasingly becoming more important from a regulatory perspective).
Each technique / talk will cover the fundamental principles of the technology and practical advise on the application of the technology to key areas with lots of practical advice.
Techniques covered include Dynamic Light Scattering (both laboratory and on / atline), Single Particle Extinction and Size, Microscopy (SEM/TEM), Particle Tracking Analysis and more.
Costs are as follows:
Student PCIG/Â鶹AV Member : £49
Student but not a PCIG/ Â鶹AV Member : £75
PCIG/Â鶹AV Member: £99
Non member: £149
